FAS Polska Sp. o.o. is an investment company that operates nearly 10 years on the market. Initially, as a consulting company, it has accomplished numerous merger and acquisition projects for its clients for over PLN 600 mln.

Currently, after the merger in 2008 with Dom Inwestycyjny Investors SA it no longer carries operating activity, but manages investment assets in the form of shares in various enterprises.

The current investment portfolio of FAS Poland is a result of its tremendous experience in the business transaction activity. This experience has been incorporated in a number of interesting venture capital investments.

FAS Polska currently holds shares in EledriveCo Sp. o.o. (production of electric motors), ADUMA Sp. o.o. (interactive media advertising) and UTel Sp. Ltd. (telecommunication services - operations suspended).

In addition FAS Polska invests in corporate bonds, commercial debt and is constantly searching for interesting investment in new technologies.
